What a fun way to eat pasta. This simple bowl made of pecorino is not only easy to make but definitely adds a little something extra to meal time.

Fennel
I have been craving vegetables, with the days getting longer and much more like spring, all I want are light meals. This fennel bulb was just the thing. Slowly cooked in a little vegetable broth and a generous sprinkling of chives on top. Lovely.
