There are a plethora of kale chip recipes out there so I won't worry about typing one up. But they are delicious!
Don't forget to cut the center ribs and stems(I didnt'!) and I used a tad too much salt(but I love salt). I think next time I will make larger pieces for a bit more bite.

My husband eats kale but I have never heard of kale ships. I bet he would like them.
