Chanterelles


When you have a mushroom this beautiful how can you go wrong? And we got 'em for an amazing price. Think we will have to get more tomorrow...

    They were delicious in a cream sauce just lightly cooked so they kept the flavor of the mushroom and let the sauce just act as a background flavor!
